Simply Managed works hard to find great tenants through our application process, however, occasionally things happen. Tenants are sometimes fickle and decide to move elsewhere, or they may have picked a bad roommate, or many other things happen.

Our solution to the problem

If a tenant moves out within the first 6 months of a 12 month lease we offer a tenant replacement program that is included with our Silver and Platinum packages or can be added 'a la carte.'

With this guarantee there will be no new leasing fee of the 1st month's rent when a tenant moves out within 6 months of their lease start date on a 12 month lease.

Your property won't be left vacant!
