Our team also performs an employment and previous landlord verification. This extensive and detailed process for approval greatly reduces the risk of bad tenants.

Owners will have full access to review applicants within our easy-to-use online portal.

Eviction Protection Plan

No tenant approval process is guaranteed to resolve 100% of all tenant issues. On the rare occasion that something does happen, our team fully handles the process to help put you at ease. Additionally, our services can include an Eviction Protection* plan (included in our platinum plan or added a la carte).

• Eviction Protection Up To Writ, all legal fees (up to $1,500) are paid by us in a Forcible Entry and Detainer Action up to the point of a written judgment/order from a court of jurisdiction. A similar guarantee is also available post-writ with a minimal monthly cost to give you peace of mind and to help avoid dealing with legal fees involved in a painful eviction.
